How can I clear off tickets from previous scans?.

Hi,

You can click goto the ticket in ticket menu.

Then you change the Status as show in screenshot:

There you can mark closed by user.

Or you can simple run a new scan if the vulnerability has been fixed.

If the Penetrator dont detect it again it can close the ticket automatically.

Please see Ticket Setup page to enabled automatic closing.
