Unable to ping over IPSec

We've set up an IPSec site-to-site VPN, defining the local subnet to include the Secpoint IP. However, when attempting to ping the remote IP, Secpoint is unable to reach it. Interestingly, other IPs within the same subnet as Secpoint can successfully reach the remote IP. We appreciate your assistance with this matter.
