It looks like the file system has encountered a problem.
This can happen, for example, if the system is powered off unexpectedly while running.
There are a few options depending on your technical expertise:
**Option 1:**
- Download GParted Live from [https://gparted.org/download.php](https://gparted.org/download.php)
- Use a tool like [Win32 Disk Imager](https://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/) to create a bootable USB stick.
- Boot the system from the USB and run the following command in the terminal:
```bash
fsck -y /dev/sda1
```
This will automatically fix all errors on the file system. Once complete, reboot the appliance and the system should be operational.
**Option 2:**
- Preload the SSD with a clean October 2024 Penetrator image. This is a more advanced option.
- First, download [Ghost4Linux (G4L)](https://sourceforge.net/projects/g4l/) and, as in Option 1, burn it to a bootable USB stick using [Win32 Disk Imager](https://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/).
- After booting from the USB, you can follow a video tutorial we provide to guide you through using G4L to preload the image onto the unit.
**Option 3:**
- Physically remove the SSD from the unit and send it to us. We can preload the necessary image and send it back to you.
**Option 4:**
- Alternatively, you can use our Virtual Penetrator software. Download the Virtual Penetrator and run it on VMware Workstation on Windows 10/11.
