Upload the Penetrator image
Copy the provided image file to your Proxmox host. Proxmox can import external disk images supported byqemu-img, such asqcow2,raw, and similar formats.Create a new VM
In Proxmox, create a new virtual machine and choose:OS type: Linux
Machine: default/current Proxmox recommendation
BIOS: OVMF or SeaBIOS depending on the image provided
Do not worry if you create it with a small temporary disk first
Import the Penetrator disk image
On the Proxmox host, run:qm importdisk <VMID> /path/to/penetrator-image.qcow2 <storage-name>

In the VM hardware settings:Find the newly imported unused disk
Attach it as SCSI or VirtIO Block
Set it as the boot disk
Set boot order
In Options → Boot Order, move the imported disk to the top so the VM boots from the Penetrator image.Adjust VM resources
Assign the needed:vCPUs
RAM
Network bridge
Disk controller type
Proxmox VM settings are managed through the QEMU/KVM VM configuration.
Start the VM
Boot the VM and open the console. The Penetrator appliance should start from the imported image.Finish network setup
After first boot:Confirm IP/network settings
Verify web access / management access
Apply any license or initial setup required by Penetrator
