Change score for RCVD_IN_DNSWL_HI from -5 to -4

We have some real spam/phishing from claiming to be domain

This spam mail is not recognized because of the score “ -5.00      RCVD_IN_DNSWL_HI   Sender listed at http://www.dnswl.org/, high trust”

Where can I change the score of the “high trust” from -5.00 to -4.00 ?

Is this DNSWL_HI the same as HOSTKARMA_W score, or is this DNSWL_HI hardcoded as -5 ?

Menu Anti Spam > Advanced configuration > Anti Spam scores,
Add rule RCVD_IN_DNSWL_HI with score -0.01
It is not the same as HOSTKARMA_W
