We got mail from one sender ( we know off ) that does not get delivered to our exchange server.
In the logs I see the following, but I can not really understand what is going wrong here.
The mail in the webinterface does not get marked as spam and is not stuck in the queue.
Protector sendmail[21193]: 26QBCloG021180: SYSERR(root): SECURITY ALERT: extra or bogus data in queue file: Bevestig je e-mailadres
Protector sendmail[21193]: 26QBCloG021180: Losing ./qf26QBCloG021180: bogus queue line

The extra text in the message file is " file".
Here they explain this behavior at chapter 23.3.3
